Every order placed on this site is a small amount of personal information handed over in trust, and we treat it that way. Orders for Flxe, the herbal joint capsules sold here, are taken with only the details a courier genuinely needs. This page explains what we ask for, why we ask for it and how long it stays with us.
What we collect
When you fill in the order form we receive your name and your phone number. During the confirmation call our operator writes down the delivery address and, if you mention one, a convenient time window. Nothing else is required to send you a parcel.
Our server also records ordinary technical information that any website receives: the pages opened, the approximate region of the visit, the browser and device type. This data is not linked to your name and is used only to see whether the site works properly.
Why we use it
- To call you back and confirm the order before it is packed.
- To pass the delivery address to the courier service handling your parcel.
- To answer you if you write to us with a question about an order already placed.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as the delivery and any follow-up question about it may reasonably take, and are removed from our working records after that. Technical logs are rotated automatically and are not stored indefinitely.
How it is protected
The connection to this site is encrypted. Access to order records is limited to the people who process and dispatch them, and those records are never sold, rented or shared with advertisers. The courier company receives only the name, address and phone number needed to hand the parcel over.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete your details altogether. Write from any convenient address to [email protected], mention the phone number the order was placed with, and we will confirm once it is done. We answer around the clock, every day of the week.
